The operations of SUAs (Small Unmanned Aircraft or drones) are becoming popular for still and video filming. With a maximum

height of 400 feet above ground level, they offer a dynamic perspective that cannot be achieved from conventional fixed wing aerial photography and helicopters.

We have a wealth of experience in this area, including honed skills

in flying as a two-crew operation. This allows the pilot and cameraman to have independent camera control, each having creative and technical input into the quality of the photograph.

This is particularly important when flying commercially, such as for TV adverts and corporate shoots.

 

As qualified SUA (drone) operators with full CAA permissions

we are uniquely placed to offer coverage of projects with all our operators holding current EASA pilot licences. This offers clients a greater degree of confidence as we have operated fixed wing

aircraft for many years prior to the introduction of SUAs.
